Anchor Bank Building

 

The Anchor Bank building is located at 5555 North Port Washington Road, Glendale, WI. Anchor Bank occupies the first floor of the building, which building contains approximately 20,000 square feet.  The building is centrally located across the street from the Bayshore Town Center.  

 

 

Associated Bank Building

 

The Associated Bank Building is located at 2645 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa, WI.  Associated Bank occupies the first floor of the building, which building contains approximately 17,000 square feet.  The building is centrally located across the street from Mayfair Mall.  

 

 

Bayside Project

 

The Bayside Project, which we acquired in January 2013, is located at 326 & 340 W. Brown Deer Road, Bayside, WI.  The Project consists of the 340 Building, which will be occupied by Sendik’s Food Market, as well as a Mobil Gas Station.  The 326 building is approximately 4,400 square feet and occupied by two tenants.  We plan to add an addition of approximately 3,250 square feet to the 326 building.

Sendik’s West Bend Plaza

 

 

Westbend 

 

The Sendik’s West Bend Plaza is located at 280 North 18building was vacant when we purchased it in January 2011.  It was formally occupied by K-Mart and Sears.  In addition to Sendik’s, the building is occupied by Planet Fitness and Men’s Hair House. Two new tenants are expected to open in 2013.

 

 

Sendik’s Village Centre Germantown

 

The Sendik’s Village Centre is located at the corner of Mequon Road and Pilgrim Road in Germantown, WI.  The shopping center contains approximately 90,000 square feet.  In addition to Sendik’s, the center is home to Subway, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, JK Lee’s, CQ Nails and Spa, Great Clips, and US Cellular, in addition to a variety of other tenants.  

 

 

Sendik’s Franklin

 

Sendik’s Franklin is located at 5200 W. Rawson Avenue, Franklin, WI and contains 61,500 square feet.  In addition to Sendik’s, the project contains a free standing Bank Mutual and a CVS Pharmacy.  

 

 

Sendik’s Commons

 

Sendik’s Commons is located at 7901 W. Layton Avenue, Greenfield, WI.  The building 

contains approximately 90,000 square feet.  In addition to Sendik’s Food Market, it is occupied by Alpha Cleaners, Regency Beauty Institute, Sports Clips, Toppers, Massage Envy and Fannie Mae Chocolates.  

 

 

Sendik’s New Berlin Plaza

 

Sendik’s New Berlin Plaza is located at the intersection of Moorland Road and National 

Avenue in New Berlin, WI.  We purchased the project in January 2010 and immediately added approximately 17,000 square feet for Goodwill Industries at the north end of the shopping center.  In addition to Sendik’s Food Market, the shopping center contains numerous other tenants.  We recently demolished a former Burger King building at the northwest corner of the development.  We are replacing it with a 6,000 square foot building which building, will be occupied by three tenants.
